FINAL PROJECT
OPENING QUESTION: Sandbox time is officially *closed*. One aspect of project development is to create a 'milestone' schedule where you aim to get specific work done by a specific date. As you might imagine, that can be--- how shall I say --- Problematic? Every time your team misses a milestone, the schedule 'slips' by a little bit. The more teams that have 'slip' and the worse each 'slip' (in terms of content and time behind), the more the overall schedule suffers. For large software projects, it is the job of each team's project manager to keep up with the schedule. In our case, you are your own project manager. Our first milestone is this Friday. To wit: Today's work is all about describing the current state of your project and the work you need to do to be at 50% complete by Friday (June 6....D-Day)
OBJECTIVES: I will write up my project (as described above) during today' class CALENDAR: Project needs to be at 50% complete on Friday WORDS O' THE DAY: None Today WORK O' THE DAY: HERE is a link to ALL of our website's -- please peruse and discuss with the author anything that you think is remarkably or maybe even just kinda cool! Let's continue our actual design/implantation work today I suggest using W3Schools. Also if you prefer more wysiwyg, try THIS Please post a link to your home page, so other folks can see what you're up to HERE You can view the entire class list responses in a Google Sheets spreadsheet HERE |
